PART 140 MEDICAL PAYMENT The General Assembly's Illinois Administrative Code

An IP, as defined by Section 140.452(a)(3), may receive direct reimbursement

for services pursuant to Section 140.452(e). All other credentialed staff detailed in this Section must be employees of a Community Mental Health Center or Behavioral Health Clinic that may qualify for reimbursement for the services provided.
