I signed up for Plus-12 from Discount Power, that promised Average Price 6.3

kWh (based on 2000 kWh per month). When I used 8000 kWh the first month, my average price was above 9 kWh! I called customer service and was told that only if I hit EXACTLY 2000 kWh do I get the 6.3 kWh rate! Joe Smith from Texas.
