l information about each transaction that you report. You give the relevant code by putting together the appropriate information for each of several parts (for example, agency identifier, fiscal year, main account number, sub-account number, and so on).

Agencies make interest collections from Treasury using the miscellaneous rec

The BETC is an eight-character code used in the GWA system to indicate the t

ype of activity being reported, such as payments, collections, borrowings, etc. This code must accompany the Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) and the dollar amounts in order to classify the transaction against the fund balance with Treasury.
